We are seeking a Research Associate with a legal background who thrives in the intersection of law and immigration policy. You will be responsible for conducting detailed legal and procedural research to support EB2-NIW and related employment-based petitions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in legal analysis, especially in the U.S. immigration context.

Key Responsibilties:

  • Collect, format, and organize client documentation according to EB2-NIW petition requirements
  • Prepare Forms I-140, DS-260, I-485, ETA-9089 (where applicable), and accompanying exhibits
  • Ensure all evidence is correctly categorized, labeled, and presented
  • Maintain clear communication with clients regarding missing or incomplete documents
  • Support attorneys with updates and audit-proof submission packages

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in EB2-NIW case preparation
  • Prior work with U.S. immigration attorneys or legal caseworkers is strongly preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. immigration forms, procedures, and best practices
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
