We’re looking for a seasoned Research Writer who can craft compelling, well-argued legal narratives for immigration petitions. Your core responsibility will be to develop evidence-based, persuasive content for EB2-NIW and EB1A casework. This is a writing-heavy role suited for individuals experienced in legal or paralegal-level documentation, particularly for U.S. or European attorneys.
Key Responsibilties:
- Write expert opinion letters, petition letters, and cover letters for EB2-NIW and EB1A clients
- Transform research insights and client credentials into persuasive legal arguments
- Follow USCIS trends to ensure alignment with petition strategy
- Work closely with attorneys and researchers to enhance content credibility
Qualifications:
- Background in Legal Writing, Paralegal Studies, or related fields
- Experience working with U.S. or European immigration attorneys
- Strong command of legal reasoning and persuasive argumentation
- Exceptional grammar, structure, and style in English
- Familiarity with citation, referencing, and document formatting for legal use
